Liebe Freunde , Wegen der Epidemie in Europa haben wir uns entschieden, den Termin der "Oscar" in Wroclaw auf den Termin 28.06-02.07.2021 zu verschieben. Wir haben das mit der Sektion in Dijon und in Lille so vereinbart. Bis zum Schluß hatten wir gehofft, den Termin für 2020 halten zu können, aber die Verantwortung für Eure Gesundheit, die Unsicherheit der nächsten Zeit haben uns zu dieser traurigen Entscheidung bewogen. Die von Euch bereits eingezahlten Anzahlungen möchten wir Euch bis ende April erstatten. Gleichzeitig habe ich eine große Bitte an Euch. Im Rahmen der Vorbereitungen des Oscars haben wir bereits Kosten in Höhe von 1.270 € gehabt (Treffen des Organisationsteams, Planungen und Überprüfung der Strecken, Recherche in Wroclaw). Das haben wir von Euren Anzahlungen finanziert. Wir konnten nicht voraussehen, dass wir den Oscar absagen müssen und in die Lage kommen würden, die Anzahlungen zu erstatten. Do końca wierzyliśmy, że uda nam się zachować termin w roku 2020, jednak odpowiedzialność za Wasze zdrowie, niepewność jutra zmusiły nas do tej smutnej decyzji.
